When Katie was instructed by a local solicitor to sell this property sat on over an acre of land it was a bitter sweet. It has to be one of the 'creepiest' property she has visited. At the time it was still furnished and was littered with dusty old fashioned teddy bears in most rooms and we even meet the then local residents, the family of mice. But not letting that stop her she got her big girl boots on and got on with it.
