By When asked by an existing client if we covered BH8, we were keen to prove that our marketing strategy would work beyond our usual patch. The fact the property was stunning inside was of course a huge help and we were confident we could deliver a great result.
On the market for just 16 days, and thanks to competing offers, we were able to exceed the marketing price and negotatioed an extra £6,500 for our client for the first offer. Further, we were able to exchange contracts in less than 2 months (58 days to be exact!).
