When Katie was chosen to sell this property she was over the moon. We successfully sold on the first launch an everything was going well until on the day of exchange the buyer did a 'u' turn and simply changed his mind. Naturally our sellers, the people they were buying from and indeed ourselves were all devastated especially as everyone was boxed up.
