TRIPLE CHAIN - WE DID IT!

HAPPY MOVE DAY! 📦

I love a challenge but this has to be one of the best achievements to date.

An old client of mine (now friend) contacted me to say she had fallen in love with one of our houses for sale she had seen online. Their plan was for her family of four and her husbands Mum & Dad to move in with them. I did the first viewing with the family and they all felt it was the one!

I now had to sell both their home in Lower Parkstone and their parents flat in Branksome Park, Poole. I naturally accepted the challenge and within a month or so we had agreed sales on both properties and a price was agreed on Springfield Road, Ashley Cross. How exciting 🥳

However, we now had a split chain ⛓ of five families below and three above to progress and manage. This was by no means an easy chain with many obstacles thrown in our paths including renegotiation/ surveys etc. Emma was up the challenge and managed to progress the sales to successful exchanges.

Today was an amazing day as we were able to give all our happy families their keys. This is the best part of our job and I absolutely loved today 😍
