SOLD ON PROPERTY LAUNCH! Katie was recommended by a previous client to this seller to sell her lovely 4 bedroom house in Canford Heath. The seller has lived in her house for over 15 years and bought her family up there so it was a big move. She was nervous as there wasn't much on the market but we reassured her to get her own sold and things would fall into place (and they did). Obviously there is always added pressure when our listings come from recommendation but we didnt disappoint. Using our 10 point plan we successfully sold on our launch day and it only took 98 days to complete from sale agreed to complete with a chain above that is a pretty good result.
