By This sale was a little extra special for us as we were entrusted by our director's twins' favourite teacher to help her along the next step on the property ladder. During challenging circumstances (a global pandemic no less) we were able to agree a sale quickly and efficiently progress to exchange of contracts.
The sale was agreed with the property on the market for just over a month and we successfully negotiated an extra 4.71% for our client. The sale went through in 99 days which is quite an achievement considering the UK was on lockdown for a vast majority of this and our team was furloughed leaving Katie to hold the sale together.
