Katie was delighted when Jess approached her to sell her flat. A sale was agreed to a first time buyer and we were underway. Our seller was relocating to Devon so she needed time to find but soon after secured a lovely vacant fishermans cottage. What should have been a quick sale turned out to be a nightmare due to probate issues and particularily difficult seller on her forward purchase.
Our poor sellers and buyer but we got there in the end with lots of tears and frustration. Since speaking to both Jenny & Jess we are pleased to hear that it was worth the wait as they are settling in to their new homes well neither with any regret. We have even been given an open invite to visit the cottage!
