By Katie was first approached in to value this detached house in Lilliput in 2021, we were just coming out of the pandemic. It was a difficult for our seller at the time due to a family loss and she didn't feel ready to list as wanted some time. Katie kept in touch regularly until she was ready to make the move. Sadly, by which time the market had taken a turn due to the interest rate rises so it was a slow start. When we finally agreed a sale, our buyer was kind enough to give our seller time to find a suitable property by offering a flexible timescale. We were delighted to exchange and give our seller the leap into her next new chapter and equally for our buyers who are looking forward to making this their family home.
It is not always easy selling and there are sometimes hurdles but with perseverance, communication and empathy anything is possible.
