By This super semi proved to be one of our most popular properties we have listed this year. Originally listed pre-lockdown and sold for over the marketing price but following a change of circumstances with the proposed buyers we were required to relist the property at the end of May, It proved to be just as popular second time round; we had 31 viewings and 11 competing offers and were delighted to agree a sale at 6% above the marketing price. We were especially delighted as we were also able to help our sellers find their next family home too; a character Victorian property in Ashley Cross.
