By After languishing on the market with three other agents for months, our team were asked if we could get them moving. Just 30 days later and a sale was agreed.... over the asking price! It wasn't all plain sailing but despite a global pandemic we were able to successfully progress the sale through to completion and had the pleasure of handing over keys (from a safe distance) to the new owners on the 24th July.
