By RETIREMENT HOME IN LILLIPUT!
When Katie was approached to sell this property it was a sad event. She had recently sold the occupiers bungalow for the family so they could make the move to the retirement home but sadly the husband had since passed and his wife was now in a nursing home. It was Katies mission to repeat her previous successes but she knew retirement homes notoriously take longer than the average sale but was willing to take on the challenge but still being the mist of the pandemic we were limited with buyers as most were too vulnerable to view. But we did it and managed to complete in just 78 days despite dealing with an extremely slow management company at the bottom of the chain.
Our new occupiers I am told are loving their new apartment and its location in the heart of Lilliput. We wish them all the best settling in.
