By They say third time lucky and it really was for our seller on this occasion. After 13 viewings we had successfully agreed two sales but sadly, due to circumstances outside of our control, both sales fell through. We did however success at the third attempt achieving £5,000 above the marketing price and just as impressively managed to progress to exchange contracts in just 4 weeks. No easy task with a leasehold property!
