By Helping a friend move is a privilege and comes with a big responsibility. This was the second time we've helped Scott and Kylie move and we were hoping for a similar result. Now their family had grown they were looking to take the next step on the ladder.
I'm pleased to say that apart from the conveyancing taking longer than everyone hoped, it all went very smoothly; 14 days on the market and £5,000 over the asking price. You couldn't have dreamed up better buyers with their parents already living on the road... and we even got to help sell their home too which enabled us to have great communication throughout the chain.
