Exchanged & Completed at 12.7% Over Asking! When Katie was approached by one of her longest standing loyal clients to sell their home so they can make their move to France she was delighted. Not just because of the above but because it was a stunning property and she couldbn't wait to get our marketing place. Katie was quite mixed on price as typically houses like this one average around £550,000 but this property in her mind was a 'one off'. So we decided to use our 'Offers Over' strategy, this is not giving a price its is asking our buyers to decide where it sits in the market place. We used our usual launch process with multiple vieiwngs & in turn offers we achieved 12.7% over our £550,000 (yes, £70,000). We had two virtually identical offers proving we had found our sellers its true market value. We wish Nicola & her family all the best with their move and of course not forgeting our lovely buyers who are moving down to Poole.
