This is the second time Katie has sold this property in the last 5 years, first to the current sellers and then for the sellers so she was confident she could sell it again and knew the house well. We found a buyer on our launch but unfortunately due to unforeseen reasons we had to find a new buyer. Within days we found a cash buyer and got our sale back on track to a nice couple who needed to move quickly. 58 days later we handed over the keys. Both our sellers and the buyers were delighted.
We wish both couples all the best especially Freddie & Ellie who are expecting their first child.
