By It was an absolute dream dealing with our seller on this property. The fact she also had a sausage dog was the icing on the cake!
Listening to our feedback and suggested marketing price from the outset meant that we were able to achieve 98.7% in just 12 days on the market. A few minor delays at the end due to the quirks leasehold properties tend to throw up meant we were handing keys over to the buyer (who was also lovely!) took a little longer than we all hoped but a little over 3 months later and the day arrived.
