Katie was recommended to Karen & her family who lived out of town & no longer in Poole. She was approached to sell their late fathers house and wanted to use an agent that would emphasis and understand their situation. Of course, it goes without saying Katie was the right person for the job. The property was their family home and they all had many happy memories so they wanted their beloved home to be sold to a family.

Now we would be lying if we said we had an easy ride because we didn't with a few failed sales due to chains/mortgages but eventually the perfect buyer came along who had been keen to buy a home for their family in Lower Parkstone as they had grown up in Poole.

Both the family & new happy owners are thrilled and we look forward to seeing what our new family are going to do.
