Katie was recommended to Jon and Claire to sell this beautifully renovated house in Penn Hill. Knowing they actually owned an estate agent out of the area, the pressure was on to 'show case' how was done. Needless to sell we successfully agreed a sale after our first launch with a few competing offers. There were a few logistical barriers with movement of the family & several business but I am pleased to say we managed to complete within 98 days of the sale being agreed.
