By ONLY 64 DAYS FROM SALE AGREED TO COMPLETED! We are over the moon that we have managed to achieve such a swift sale. When George took on the property for a former customer he was super excited to get going. He agreed a sale quite quickly but he didn't realise how quick it would complete by too. Most buyers express a want for a quick sale but the legal progress often hinders this desire. We also got 98.2% of asking price!
