By SOLD BY INFORMAL TENDER! When we were approached by a local solicitor to sell this probate property we were thrilled as we knew it was great property, in a great area. We decided to use our 'Informal Tender' strategy whereby we market for a certain number of weeks and ask for all offers to be in by a set day/time. As you can imagine a number of offers were received on the day and we achieved well over our Guide Price (112.5%).
The best part yet is we sold to a lovely young couple who were looking for a family home to raise their 'soon to born' baby up in. Chloe and Jack are so happy and have since had a delightful baby girl. They are both looking forward to their project ahead and we can't wait to see the final results!
