Katie was approached by our lovely sellers daughter in 2019 to sell this immaculate flat as her mother was looking to downsize and be closer to shops. True to our word we found a buyer rapidly, sadly it wasn't the right time for our seller due to health reasons so we had to let the buyer down.
Fast forward 3 years we were ask if we could sell it again and told this time it was the right time. Following our launch we received several great offers achieving 104% of asking price. From sale agreed to completed it took just over 2 months.
