One of my favourite success stories of the year so far.... great stats, lovely clients and our team going above and beyond.

The property was listed at offers over £425,000 and after multiple bids on our Property Launch we achieved £25k over the list price.

Now what we thought was the hard part.... helping our seller find their next home. Despite being on holiday, George saw a property get listed with another agent and immediately sent it to our seller in our Whatsapp Group* and we managed to get a viewing the very next day before 9am! It was perfect, the sellers offer was accepted and now the pressure was on to beat the SDLT holiday. Steph once again excelled, and in just 66 days we were exchanging keys! We always say our job is not just to sell, but to help people move and that's exactly what we do.
