When Katie was approached by her past clients from when she worked for another agent to sell their stunning waterfronted house in Baiter Park she was over the moon. They had been marketing the property with a Poole agent but had little luck. Fortunately they saw one of Katie's 'For Sale' boards so knew where she was now located and got in touch.

Properties on the front with stunning views of Poole Harbour rarely come up for sale so we were confident we could sell this property.

George took one of his potential sellers who was looking to downsize and knowing she grew up in Old Town Poole he felt this was the perfect property for her, he was right. Margaret the buyer didnt want to lose the property but needed to sell her chalet in Lake Drive, Hamworthy. George came up with a plan of her putting down a holding deposit & we then agreed with our sellers to give her a grace period to sell her own.

It all came together and we successfully sold both property creating two very happy buyers and sellers.
