After Katie, our director, successfully negotiated an additional 10.47% from the initial offer for our client, the world began to shut down as news of the Corona Virus emerged. Despite difficult circumstances we managed to agree with all parties, after just 74 days, simultaneous exchange and completion post lockdown. As is often the case, communication is key and Stephanie was able to leverage her excellent relationships with local solicitors. This kept the sale together and enabled all parties to the finish line in unprecedented circumstances.
