"We previously had a 2 bed flat and wanted to upsize. We were looking for a 3 bed house with a garden in a quiet location for our then 1 year old to grow up in, as well as planning to extend our family for the future. This gem ticked all the boxes, a quiet cul-de-sac, big open plan lounge, decent size garden and the bonus of a conservatory. We instantly knew it was the right place for us as soon as we walked through the front door.

It’s been spacious, comfortable and perfect for our now family of 4, and by updating and adding new features to it we’ve had many memories here. We have a fantastic little community with a number of the neighbours, who are always there for each other and we often have (when allowed) cul-de-sac gatherings such as BBQs and festive celebrations.

Why we’re leaving...
With a heavy heart we have simply outgrown it. With working from home now a thing, we’ve realised that more space is required in order to accommodate it as well as offering more space for the family. We’ve loved every minute in this place and hope the new owners whoever they may be have a similar experience."
