"We bought this property because of the high ceilings, bay windows, light and airy rooms including the elusive third bedroom that can easily house a double bed. We could immediately see its potential and the west facing garden (it is a real sun trap); and oversized garage to store all of our outdoors gear were an absolute bonus!

Moving from a big city, the location has been excellent, balancing our need for amenities with a location close to the sea. All of the rooms are a great size with the kitchen diner ideal for entertaining and we love spending time in the garden.

Our plan was to live in the house for 5 years but we have enjoyed it for 13! It is a really happy house with incredible memories. It is the end of one adventure, as our daughter is moving on from Courthill and Baden Powell schools, which are both within walking distance."
