We first fell in love with our home because of the space and light, plus two balconies that enable us to bathe in sunlight from morning through to dusk.

We work hard so we wanted to create an environment where we can feel truly pampered. The materials and finishings we have chosen are reflective of that – solid marble tops and tiles, chalk based paints and huge windows really do give you the sense sometimes that you’re living in a seven-figure dream home! We particularly love the exceptionally large bedroom and bathroom that affords us a spa-like experience and our large kitchen has been the centre of many, many fun evenings with friends and family!

For both of us, our offices are in central London so the easy 5 minute walk to and from the station is welcome. Ashley Cross is also a 5 minute walk from home, Penn Hill a 10 minute walk, Poole Quay 30 minutes and Sandbanks 30 minutes – so we find ourselves having a lovely time enjoying this area by foot, bike or paddleboard, along with all the brilliant restaurants and bars it has to offer!

After 15 years of truly loving our home and the perfect location, it’s now time for us to move on. We’re still planning on staying in the same area that we love, but would now like a new project to take on a total house revamp.
