''I had looked at so many flats I was starting to give up hope before I came across Castle Hill House. I instantly knew it was the one, although it was a massive gamble as I was buying off plan. But it worked out brilliantly. We love every aspect of this flat. Its really quiet, its very spacious, stylish, and we adore the balcony. The balcony is used a lot! From coffee in the morning sun to a glass of wine in the evening listening to the birds singing. Its just a great place to lie down, relax and read a book. The lounge / kitchen / dining room is huge and perfect for socialising with friends. We never hear our neighbours and it feels very secluded on the top floor. All the rooms are really big, so it feels very expansive, more like a house than a flat. Going with a new build was amazing too as we got to put in extras like the flooring and additional fitted wardrobes.
Being so close to Ashley Cross is great with the restaurants, bars and independent shops. The location is brilliant as we are set back off the road and are on the back of the building so no road noise at all. We are only a 5 min walk from Parkstone train station as well for when I need to go to London for work. Whenever our friends come back from London for the weekend our spare room is always the first one booked up! We love the flat and hope the next people love it as much as we do.
