Hope Lodge, 6 Belle Vue Road, BH14Offers over £260,000
Fresh, up to date interiors and a fantastic location make this two-bedroom character apartment a perfect market entry. Situated on the first floor of a converted Victorian property, this fantastic property is not to be missed. Located in the heart of Ashley Cross and with sea views
Accessed via the first floor this apartment has a bright and airy feel, with high ceilings enhancing the sense of space. The lounge diner is our favourite room, with a gorgeous outlook to the harbour and feature bay window, this is where most of your time will be spent. The kitchen is modern and of a good size. Both bedrooms are excellent doubles, with the master being especially spacious and with the benefit of an en-suite. The well-appointed, modern bathroom completes the accommodation. Further to all this the storage this apartment offers is a real bonus!
Externally, there is a communal garden, lawned and bordered by mature shrubs, boasting fantastic views and allocated off road parking.
Agents note - Some external works have been done to the property giving it a fresh new look!
Belle Vue Road is perfectly positioned between the villages of Ashley Cross and Penn Hill, with their array of independent eateries and various amenities being just short walks away. The award winning beaches of Sandbanks, as well as Poole Harbour with its wide range of watersports, are also within walking or cycling distance. Commuting to the capital is made easy, with Parkstone train station offering direct routes to Waterloo.
We loved the quiet location the most, close to Ashley Cross and Penn Hill, and also the train station for the occasional trip to London. The flat is full of character, and very cosey - it felt like a home straight away.
From the amazing location and stunning views, you can really appreciate the change of seasons. The tree top scenery and harbour panoramics are beautiful.
Sitting in the lounge with a glass of wine watching the sun go down over the harbour and Purbeck hills we will miss the most!"
