We loved the tree lined avenues of Branksome Park and the flat was perfectly positioned to take advantage of the beach, together with the restaurants and pubs of Penn Hill, Canford Cliffs and Westbourne. The flat’s fusion of Victorian high ceilings with the benefits of a modern refurbishment was very appealing.

We have particularly loved the south facing garden and spend a lot of time drinking coffee and enjoying family mealtimes on the decking. The garden is surrounded by trees, giving it a beautiful backdrop and we will miss that when we move on.''
