When I moved down to Poole on my own it was in the perfect location - Ashley Cross was right there, and the harbour/sea was only a short bike ride away. The building/flat itself felt cosy (fireplace), safe, and friendly. Loved the bright and airy feel, the 'upstairs and downstairs', and the high ceilings made it feel really big for a one bedroom flat. The views of the harbour were also a massive plus.
